East Coast has been serving the corporate community for over 24 years by providing an array of services including systems furniture installations, casegoods/seating deliveries, furniture refurbishing/repair, moving/storage, and voice/data services. Our staff has countless hours of experience and is well trained in numerous furniture lines, Herman Miller, Kimball, Steelcase, Haworth, Knoll Systems and Hon to name a few. Our goal is to create the prefect workspace environment with minimal downtime to your business. Scheduling, routing, planning, and organizing, are vital roles for a smooth running organization and are carefully thought out to provide optimum service to all customers.

Utilizing a fleet of air-ride moving vans and trailers, and an unlimited supply of moving equipment, our experienced move team can successfully complete an office relocation of any size.

East Coast’s 28,500 square foot Office and Warehousing Facility is strategically located near Routes 46, 80, 280 and 287, enabling us to serve the entire tri-state area. We are structured to receive, store and distribute all contract furnishings. The Facility also houses East Coast’s repair and refurbishing shop, main offices, and Customer Service Department. This allows East Coast complete supervision over all aspects of operations.

Claims:

Customer Services: East Coast will arrange cargo inspections and provide documentation to dealership for claim.
Carton Count: Inventory of product is taken upon delivery. Discrepancies in carton count are reported to carrier and customer immediately.

John A. Stuono – President and Owner

John gained his experience while employed for a local furniture installation company. During his three years tenure with this organization, John had the opportunity to learn all aspects of the furniture business. He not only became successful as an installer but as a project manager understanding the intricacies of bringing a project in on time and within a specific budget. With this experience and his entrepreneurial spirit, John started East Coast Relocation Service Inc. Over the last 20 years he has enjoyed continued growth and success, wearing many hats and filling many shoes along the way. John is committed to strengthening customer relations, while reinforcing quality work ethics throughout his organization.

Paul Wright – Project Manager

Paul started East Coast Relocation with John 20 years ago. Prior to this, Paul worked in the industry as an installer, quickly being advanced to a supervisor level. Paul’s experience, knowledge and ability working with systems furniture such as Herman Miller, Kimball, Teknion, Hon and Knoll makes him invaluable to the company. His ability to assess the job, react to changes and complete the project on time and within budget are to his credit and the reasons why he is one of the top managers in this organization.

Thomas Petrillo – Operations/Customer Service Manager

Tom previously worked for East Coast in the early 1990’s as a project manger and left to establish his own installation business for ten years. Tom has re-joined our staff. As an owner and an installer, he is experienced in all aspects of the installation business. His knowledge and experience is a great asset to East Coast.
